"Decent hockey selection, but a bit hit or miss"
They’ve got a decent amount of hockey gear, which is nice, but a few of the sizes and brands I was looking for, weren’t there. It’s not a bad place at all, just kind of hit or miss, depending on what you need.

"Decent prices, but not always worth it"
Some of the deals were actually good, to be fair. But a few things felt kind of overpriced for what they were, which was a bit annoying. Overall, it’s okay, but the value really depends on what you’re buying.

The items were fine, but the box showed up looking crushed and rough. I’m glad nothing was damaged, but if this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else.

"Solid gear so far"
I picked up the stick and gloves a little while back, maybe around the end of last month or the month before, and they’ve been great so far. Both feel sturdy and comfortable, and after a few games I haven’t noticed any weird issues or anything falling apart.

"Showed up eventually, but I wouldn’t count on it being quick"
I ordered from discounthockey.com and, to be fair, the stuff did arrive. But it took longer than the delivery estimate, and the tracking barely updated for a while, which was annoying. I know companies always have those nice polished lines about shipping times and “keeping you informed,” but in my case it didn’t really feel that way. Not a total disaster, just not something I’d rely on if I needed gear in a hurry.

"It works, but it’s a little clunky"
I mean, I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, so that part was fine. The checkout process just felt kind of clunky and a bit annoying, though. It got the job done, but I’m not sure I’d call it a smooth experience.

"Rewards are decent, but they need to be clearer"
The loyalty points are a nice perk, and I do appreciate getting something back. That said, they build up slowly, so it doesn’t feel that rewarding most of the time. It’s not a terrible program or anything, just kind of underwhelming. I do think they should be more upfront about how long it really takes to earn anything meaningful and make sure customers feel like the rewards are actually worth sticking around for.

I ordered a stick and some tape, and it actually showed up quicker than I thought it would. The box had a small dent in it, but everything inside was totally fine. I do wish the instructions or order details were a bit clearer, but overall it was a smooth experience.

Overall, I had a good experience with the shop. Everything went smoothly and the order arrived as expected. I did find myself checking the tracking like, “Okay… is it moving yet?” because shipping was a little slower than I hoped, but nothing too bad. I’d still order from them again.

"Sizing was way off, and they need to own that"
I ordered a stick and some pads from discounthockey.com, and the sizing was not what I expected at all. The stick flex and length didn’t feel like what their chart said, and the pads ran noticeably tighter than listed. The return process wasn’t terrible, but it was slow enough that I ended up paying extra shipping and waiting around longer than I should have. Prices were decent, but if the size guide is off, that’s on them to fix or make right. I don’t really trust their sizing info now...

I ordered a few hockey things and, everything came exactly how I picked it. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all correct, which... you’d think would be a given, but it doesn’t always happen with online orders. No mix-ups, nothing missing. Happy overall, and yeah, I’d order from them again

"I ordered skates from Discount Hockey and they..."
I ordered skates from Discount Hockey and they ended up not fitting right, so I figured I’d just exchange them and move on. Instead, the whole process felt way slower and more confusing than it needed to be. I had to email more than once just to get a clear answer, i was kind of expecting at least a simple apology for the back-and-forth.

I get that paying return shipping can be normal, so that part wasn’t a huge shock, but the exchange still took longer than I expected. Their prices are decent, but the return process really needs work. I’d be hesitant to order anything size-sensitive from them again.
